During the interview, we will discuss your qualifications, experience, and goals and answer any questions you may have about working with RW Flooring. If we determine that you are a good fit for our team, we will provide you with an official application and pricing sheet to fill out.

Step 3
Once you have completed the application and pricing sheet, you will begin the RW Flooring onboarding process. This includes providing us with any necessary licenses, certifications, and insurance documentation, as well as completing a background check for all installer personnel. We take these steps to ensure that our team members are fully qualified and able to provide exceptional service to our customers.

Step 4
Finally, once you have completed the onboarding process, you will be ready to activate in the market and start working with RW Flooring. As a 1099 subcontractor, you will have the flexibility to control your own schedule and workload while still enjoying the support and resources of our team.
