Chief Executive Officer
Robert Walter Jr. founded RW Flooring in 1999 and has since led the company to service 15 states from its humble beginnings as a local provider in the St Louis market. Under his leadership, the company has continued to grow and thrive over the last two decades. He is focused on both growth and efficiency, having implemented a streamlined digital infrastructure to better serve customers and the installer network.

Director of Operations
Geoff Franson joined RW Flooring in 2021 and has over 10 years of experience in the flooring industry. As Director of Operations, he oversees all aspects of the company's operations, including regional support, customer care, and recruiting. His focus is on delivering a great customer experience and ensuring that the company is well-positioned to meet the needs of its customers.

Central Regional Director
Landen Buchman joined RW Flooring in 2022 and is currently responsible for regional support in the Central division. With over 10 years of experience in the industry, he is focused on establishing an installer network that can deliver exceptional service to our customers. In addition to his regional role, Landen will leverage his industry experience to grow our Floor and Décor and Installation Made Easy partnerships.

Northern Regional Director
Ryan Massey joined RW Flooring in early 2023. He is regional support for the Northern Division. Ryan brings multiple years of flooring experience, having installed floors as well as work for a major flooring retailer. He will oversee all projects, installer networks, and retail partnerships in his territory. Ryan is driven to continuously enhance the customer experience for the company.

Customer Experience Manager
Robert Walter Sr. has been with RW Flooring since its inception in 1999 and has held a variety of roles throughout the company's growth journey. He has extensive experience installing in the field, as well as providing customer care and regional support. As the Customer Experience Manager, he ensures all projects have timely communication and a quality installation.

Office Administrators
Andrea and Amber are the backbone of RW Flooring's administrative operations. They oversee all administrative duties within the office, including creating project paperwork, reviewing scope of work, communicating with installers, fielding inquiries from new customers, and liaising with retail partners. Their behind-the-scenes work ensures a smooth and positive customer experience.
